One launch.
Two chains.
One price.
The coin is minted on Solana, half of it crosses to Hyperliquid's HyperEVM over LayerZero, and each side opens a HYPE pool. Same coin, same supply, same quote asset, liquidity locked on both.

From one mint to two live pools.

FIG. 01 · MINTSOL 1B tokens are minted on Solana
You sign one 0.1 SOL payment. The launcher mints 1,000,000,000 tokens and revokes the mint authority, so the supply can never grow.
SUPPLY 1,000,000,000 · DECIMALS 6 · MINT AUTHORITY → NONE

FIG. 02 · VAULTSOL · OFT VAULT Half goes into the bridge vault
A LayerZero OFT vault opens on Solana. Tokens that travel to HyperEVM are held here, so the total across both chains is always exactly 1B.
OFT STORE · ESCROW · 500,000,000

FIG. 03 · BRIDGESOL → HL LayerZero carries them to Hyperliquid
The token is deployed on HyperEVM, the two chains are wired together, and 500,000,000 tokens arrive on the other side. Same coin, now on two chains.
EID 30168 → 30367 · CHAIN 999

FIG. 04 · TWO POOLSSOL + HL Two pools open, both paired with HYPE
A Meteora pool on Solana and a Project X pool on HyperEVM open at the same starting price, 30 HYPE fully diluted. Both LP positions are locked forever.
METEORA · PROJECT X · FEE 1% · LP LOCKED ∞

FIG. 05 · ARBITRAGESOL = HL Arbitrage keeps one price
Both pools quote the coin in HYPE. When buying pushes one side up, traders buy the cheaper chain and sell the dearer one, and the gap closes.
Δ PRICE(SOL, HL) → 0
What it costs.
Who earns.
One fee to launch. After that every trade pays a pool fee, and the creator gets a share of it on both chains.
LAUNCH FEE

SOL, once
Paid when you launch, plus the usual Solana network fee.
TRADING FEE, SOLANA

TRADING FEES TO THE TREASURY, BOTH CHAINS
Every trading fee on Solana and on Hyperliquid goes to the DUAL treasury, together with the launch fee. Creators don't earn trading fees.
Same quote asset.
Same price.
Both pools price the coin in HYPE, so a price on Solana and a price on Hyperliquid mean exactly the same thing. There's no SOL to HYPE conversion in between, and a launch starts at an identical price on both chains.
When buying pushes one side up, the gap is plain to see. Traders buy on the cheaper chain and sell on the other, and that arbitrage pulls the two prices back together.

Questions.
01Can I move tokens between chains?
Yes. The coin is a LayerZero OFT on both chains, so it can move between Solana and HyperEVM through LayerZero. An in-app bridge is coming.
02Why is liquidity locked?
So nobody can pull it, neither the creator nor DUAL. The pools stay tradable for as long as the chains run, and buyers never have to worry about the liquidity being removed.
03Who can mint more tokens?
Nobody. The mint authority is revoked at launch, so the supply is fixed at 1B across both chains. Bridging only moves tokens from one chain to the other; it never creates new ones.
04Why can the price differ slightly between chains?
Each chain has its own pool, so buys on one side move that pool first. Because both pools price the coin in HYPE, any gap is easy to see and to arbitrage, which pulls the two prices back together.
05Does the creator earn trading fees?
No. 100% of the trading fees on both chains, and the launch fee, go to the DUAL treasury.
06Why does the Solana fee start at 50%?
To make sniping the first block unprofitable. The fee drops from 50% to 1% over the first 60 seconds and then stays at 1%.
Launch once.
Live on both.
